Editing struggles

 Editing this movie was one of the most frustrating yet rewarding parts of the process. There were moments when I felt stuck, but problem-solving through these challenges made me a better editor. In the end, all the hard work paid off, I was able to turn a collection of raw footage into a cohesive, engaging film. Now, I just hope my final product delivers the impact I envisioned!

    Editing struggles are something almost every writer can relate to. No matter how clear our ideas seem at first, revisiting them often reveals gaps, awkward phrasing, or sections that need restructuring. I’ve noticed this especially when writing my essay for academic projects because editing requires a completely different mindset from drafting. Taking breaks, reading aloud, and seeking feedback can make the process much smoother. In the end, strong editing really transforms average work into something polished and impactful.

 We did an assignment yesterday called "think like a sound engineer" and we created a soundscape. This gave me and my partner an idea to create a soundscape for our movie so we can see the sounds we will be using. We chose some decent sounds like the crowd going wild, aggressive grunting of the players playing, etc.
